iberoamerican theatre festival

the festival was created in 1988 by Fanny  Mikey

and Ramiro Osorio,the motive of this theatre was the 450 years of Bogota fundation .

Blacks and whites carnival

This carnival is celebrated in pasto, in Nariño.the carnaval begun in january 2 and finish in january 6.

This activities is celebrated in november 11 beacuse in november 11 of 1811(11/11/11) the city of Cartagena was declared like a free city of the slavery,but the real date of Independence in Cartagena was in july 20,and this decition was declared by bogota,the capital of the country.
